What Can I Expect From Hypnotherapy? During your first session with Cheryl, you’ll establish your goals , such as Smoking Cessation, Weight Management, or Overcoming a Fear. After working with Cheryl for three sessions, together you’ll evaluate your progress. At that point, you may feel you have accomplished your goal or wish to go further. Often, the changes you want to make can happen within three sessions! Sometimes, after three sessions where you have reached the specific goal, there are other areas of your life you want to change or enhance.
