Anxiety is one of life’s biggest problems, if you have it! There are very few people who do not suffer a bit of anxiety; most of them are under the age of 5. But there are those who have learned how to combat this silent killer. It appears very hard for adults to admit to having anxiety (a very severe form of stress). It disables one from, well, life! Perspective has been lost and the world seems to spin completely out of control. There are no handles for you to hold onto. Have you been there or are you there right now? Maybe you know someone who is or is getting close. May I say they need your help to understand where they are. You don’t need to say anything really (please don’t preach to them) but just listen. You can tell them there is help. Help that will be relatively quick, maybe not instantaneous but it could be! Help that does not require medications that makes one feel spacey or ones that one could become addicted to (leading to yet another problem in life). What I am talking about is all natural. There are no harmful side effects and you walk away with a bit or a lot more peace in your spirit and soul. What I’m talking about is Hypnotism. It is so natural that you go into a hypnotic state at least twice a day. It is that time just before going to sleep and waking, a peaceful place. Hypnosis is not mind control but a heightened state of the mind. The subconscious is aware of everything that has happened in a person’s life; it does not question but stores all the information, good or bad. Now, it holds your core beliefs and if there were to be anything suggested to you that went against any one of them, your subconscious would reject that suggestion. So when a person comes to a Consulting Hypnotist, they are ready and willing to have a new behavior and new lease on life and their mind is ready to accept positive suggestions from someone they can trust and feel comfortable with. A Hypnotist does not judge but understands and has a great desire to see the client healed from the distress ailing them. My greatest joy, as a Consulting Hypnotist, is seeing someone change in an hour or so, who has arrived for a hypnotic session lacking luster, then leaving with a smile and a twinkle back in the eyes and a peace in their hearts. I do not know how many sessions it will take to be completely transformed, three is a very good start and sometimes it takes a few more, sometimes a few less! I do know that anxiety is not what anyone needs and it is something that can be dealt with quickly and painlessly.
